TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All subscribers shall abide by the guidelines of this community which begins with filling of the membership/subscription form and signing the necessary agreement.

2. The subscribers shall be entitled to a deed of agreement.

3. Whenever there is a change in any of the vital information supplied in this form, the subscriber shall notify the management - TALIBRICKS as soon as possible.

4. All subscribers of Ajoje Pro shall make a minimum subscription deposit of N3,000,000 per share. Multiple shares can be subscribed for subject to availability and based on the project being funded.

5. All members will receive a quarterly report of revenue and profit on the Shortlet activities on the property.

6. The management of Ajoje - Talibricks Property Solutions Ltd will be consulted in case any member intends to trade off his/her slots. Right Of First Refusal Shall Be Given To Existing Subscribers.

7. Official periodic valuation is to be carried out minimum of every 5years on the properties. With this, any capital gain becomes substantiated as new value per share should there be a decision to trade off stake in the properties.

8. All correspondence (deed of assignment, receipts, reminder, reports and acknowledgment of payment etc) shall be sent via email only. Thus all subscribers must have and provide us with an active email account.

10. All cheques and drafts should be raised in favour of TALIBRICKS Property Solutions Ltd or cash deposits made into the designated bank account. Zenith Bank: 1014854436.

11. Payment of quarterly / biannual/annual, declared profit shall be paid into the account details provided at the point of subscription.
